Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund terms applied to our bookings are set out below.

Cancellations by the Customer

• 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the amount paid is refunded; the remainder is retained as operational preparation cost.
• No-show: No refund.

Cancellations by Us

A tour may be cancelled due to adverse weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, vehicle failure or force majeure. In that case you are first offered an alternative date; if you decline, the full amount paid is refunded with no deduction.

Refund Process

• Refund requests can be sent with your reservation code to kalkanexperiences@gmail.com or by calling +90 554 186 40 07.
• Refunds are made to the card used for payment, in the same currency.
• Depending on your bank, the amount may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement.

Booking Changes

Date/time change requests are accommodated free of charge subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the tour.
