Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between the parties below, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer

The person whose name, e-mail and phone number are provided in the booking form.

Subject

The subject of this agreement is the tour service booked electronically by the Buyer, whose details and price are shown on the booking screen and repeated in the confirmation e-mail.

Service and Price

• Tour name, date, time, number of guests and total price are shown at booking and repeated in the confirmation e-mail.
• Prices include VAT and are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY).
• Payment is taken by debit/credit card using 3D Secure. Card details are never stored by the Seller.

Booking and Approval

1. The Buyer selects a date and time and submits a booking request. No payment is taken at this stage.
2. The Seller reviews availability.
3. If approved, the Buyer receives an e-mail containing a reservation code and a payment link.
4. The booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
5. If the request cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer is informed and no payment is taken.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, contracts for accommodation, transport, car rental, catering and leisure services to be provided on a specific date or period are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Our tour services fall within this scope, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Nevertheless, the Seller applies the following cancellation terms in favour of the Buyer: bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour are refunded in full. See Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Performance

The service is performed on the date and time stated in the booking. In case of adverse weather, safety concerns or force majeure, the Seller may cancel or postpone the tour; the Buyer is then offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

Entry into Force

By completing the payment step, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement.
